Lucca, beautiful and historical city

Lucca is not completely touristic at the moment, unlike other chief towns in tuscany, or bigger cities like Florence, Siena or Pisa. Lucca has preserved the style of his ancient past, while moving forward in services. According to us, the best way to visit Lucca is renting an Luxury Villa for Rent in Lucca, inside the ancient walls.

Lucca is a city full of history, as it was founded by the Etruscans and became a Roman colony in 180 b.C.

The rectangular grid of its historical centre preserves the Roman street plan, and the Piazza San Michele occupies the site of the ancient forum. Traces of the amphitheatre can still be seen in the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro.
